General Terms of Business

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

AGB

1. Books from Hainholz Publishing can be ordered by letter, fax, order form or via our distribution. Booksellers can order through German wholesalers (KNO, K&V, Libri) with the usual purchasing conditions.

2. Upon reception, an order will be processed immediately by our forwarding department.

3. Delivery will be made through the post. The publisher is not responsible for any damages in transit.

4. Orders from outside Germany will be processed only after complete payment has been received.

5. Invoices are immediately payable and without any deductions.

6. Payment can be made by remittance or credit card (we need your credit card number, the name of the credit card company and the expiration date).

7. Costs, resulting from a remittance, will not be borne by Hainholz Publishers.
